Kobi Jonz efforts in the studio has greatly paid off, as he recently announced the release of the video for his song, Paddle, in October.
The song features Folarin Falana (aka falz the Bahd Guy), while Clarence Peters directed the video.
Focused on recording quality music that will stand the test of time, Jonz, who never though he would ever sing began his musical career as a dancer back in high school.
He said: “My love for music grew with time. I really never planned being a musician, I must say, it just happened and I’m glad it did.”
When asked if he is scared of the duo of Wizkid and Davido, replied, “not at all,” stressing that the sky is big enough for every star to shine.” The Covenant University graduate of policy and strategic studies disclosed that he hopes to be a legend in the music industry in Nigeria.
“I will work so hard that this dream will eventually spread across Africa and also to the world, as I will constantly churn out relevant music with good content and message, ”he said.
